Order, Delivery & Notifications

  • All gift packs include free local delivery within Edmonton.

  • Deliveries will take place between December 19–21. Because delivery is complimentary, specific delivery dates or times cannot be accommodated.

  • Packages will be delivered to the address entered on the checkout page. Please ensure this information is accurate before submitting your order.

  • All deliveries will be left at the front door of the address provided.

  • Your package contains liquid products; please bring it indoors promptly after delivery to protect it from temperature changes or weather.

  • We will send email and text notifications to let you know once your package has been delivered. Please enter your own contact information (not the recipient’s) to ensure you receive these updates.

Accuracy of Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact information at the time of purchase.

  • Silhouette Solutions YEG is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details entered at checkout.

Final Sale

  • All holiday gift packs are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.

  • If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Gift Cards

  • If a gift card is included, please treat it as cash. Gift cards cannot be duplicated, replaced, or reissued if lost or stolen.

Product Availability

  • In the event an item becomes unavailable, Silhouette Solutions YEG may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Customer Responsibility

  • Once delivery has been confirmed via text/email, Silhouette Solutions YEG is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, damage, or unattended deliveries.
