Subscription Milestones unlock once you reach the required number of concurrently subscribed months. As long as you are still an active subscriber, you will receive the Milestone reward. For example if you join the club April 10th, you will be eligible to receive your 3 month milestone reward as of July 10th as long as you are an still active member on July 10th.

You must maintain an active monthly subscription to count towards your milestone progress. Milestone progress will reset if you cancel your subscription, so make sure you keep up with your subscription so you don’t lose your progress and miss out on the fantastic Milestone rewards!

That's no problem at all. Your subscription renews on the same day of every month. Subscriptions are not by calendar month, they are simply about 30 days from the day you joined. For example if you joined the club on June 25th, your first month subscription is valid until July 25th.

No problem! You can start your subscription at any time. All subscription milestones unlock once you reach the required number of concurrently subscribed months. For example, if you started your subscription in March, you would receive your 3-month miletone bonus in May!

You need to be subscribed during a specific month in order to receive that month’s bonus perks as listed on the Bonus Subscriber Perks calendar.

Previous months bonus perks would have come and gone, but the sooner you subscribe, the sooner you can start getting monthly bonus perks and not miss out on upcoming rewards, or milestones!

Absolutely not! Though many people enjoy monthly maintenance for their body contouring or love the unbelievable benefits of a monthly facial, you are free to choose any one of the eligible treatments every month and switch them up as often as you like.

When you join the Silhouette Spa Club, you will pay the $20 initial set-up fee plus your first-month subscription via credit card. Your monthly subscription payment will then be auto-billed from that same credit card until you choose to cancel your subscription.

Yes. This is a no-commitment subscription. Just cancel before your next payment comes out, and you will not be charged again until you join again in the future.

All club subscription payments are non-refundable however you may cancel your subscription at any time.

No. Spa Club massages are not eligible for health benefits insurance reimbursement. Because members are not directly paying for a single massage—rather, they are participating in a subscription program that includes multiple perks, such as the monthly option to receive a complimentary massage—it is not possible to issue a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Only massages booked and paid for outside of the Spa Club program can receive an insurance-eligible receipt.

If you require a receipt for insurance purposes, please book a regular (non–Spa Club) massage appointment instead.

Every subscriber month you will receive an email advising you that its time to book your next spa club treatment. There is a button in that email that will take you directly to the booking page!

We don't roll over appointment credits. However, you may gift your appointment credit to a friend if you know you can't make your appointment for the month! Contact Silhouette Solutions, and I will help you set this up!

On the months that I am giving away free products and items, you can pick them up at your appointment in the studio within that same month.
