  • Referral Program Terms and Conditions

    • Referral Members must be registered to participate in the program and will receive a unique Referral Code.

    • Referral credit is earned when a new client books a service and pays in full using the Referral Member’s unique Referral Code. A new client is defined as someone who has never purchased a service from Silhouette Solutions YEG before.

    • Referral Members will receive 20% credit of the referred client’s total purchase.

    • Referral credits are applied toward future services with Silhouette Solutions YEG and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for payment plans, membership payments, gift cards, gift certificates, or physical products.

    • Referral credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the Referral Member.

    • Silhouette Solutions YEG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

  • To use a referral code, your friend must enter your unique Referral Code into the custom text area while booking their service. Alternatively your friend can provide the Referral Code during their first appointment.

  • Yes, you can refer as many people as you like. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make.

  • The referred person must book services (not products) at Silhouette Solutions YEG for the referral credit to be earned.

  • Referral credit is applied once the referred client has paid in full for their service.

  • Referral credit can be used toward future services at Silhouette Solutions YEG but cannot be applied to membership payments, payment plans, gift cards, gift certificates, or physical products.

  • No, referral credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the Referral Member who earned them.

  • If the referred client cancels or reschedules their appointment, the credit will not be applied until they have completed their payment for the service.

  • Credits may have an expiration, so be sure to use them as soon as possible toward future services to avoid losing them. Check the current Terms and Conditions for details.

  • No, referral credits can only be used for services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
